There are two different types of office space that we offer, the first is the high-tech bright and spacious offices that are situated on the first floor, with carpeted floors, large windows and adjustable layouts.
The second type of spaces we have are our ground-floor workspaces, which are larger and more hard-wearing.
All of our spaces have smart air flow, under-floor heating and low-energy lighting, as well as tinted glass and blinds for shade, telephone ports and power points and wireless internet. We have made sure that each space is fitted with everything that a business could need.
Our reception staff can also take care of any administration support such as a postal service and telephone answering service.
No kettles are required in the building– taps dispense boiling water and filtered cold water.

Think Tank is an ideal venue for a conference or meeting.
At 988 sq ft, our Orange Room is large enough to hold up to 50 people in a theatre-style layout, or smaller numbers in a variety of different layouts. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and break-out areas, this room is one of our most popular.
This huge conference room has a cinema screen, projector and air conditioning, and the furniture can be arranged to suit your specific type of occasion. There is also an open roof terrace at one end of this space, which is ideal for networking before or after an event.
We also have four Meeting Pods available, for smaller, more exclusive meetings, that require a light and modern setting. Two situated in our ground floor space, and two located at the back of the building next to our roof terrace.

Lincoln’s Think Tank has its very own café located on the ground floor, close to the reception area. It offers a wide range of food for all times of day, including paninis and sandwiches that are delivered fresh every morning.
There is a dining and seating area just outside the café, ideal for grabbing a tea during a one-on-one meeting, or for a coffee and cake break.
Start the day with a toasted teacake, stop by at lunchtime to try one of our delicious sandwiches, or grab a slice of fresh cake for the journey home. Think Tank’s café stocks a variety of food to cater for a variety of tastes, so why not make your visit a little bit sweeter?
There are also 2 fitted kitchens and a dining area on site, so that tenants can cater for themselves, enjoying some peace away from their desk.
