The University of Lincoln is pleased to bring the “Doing it Differently Conference” back for 2023, on Wednesday 24th May at the Engine Shed, Lincoln, 9am to 3pm, and we’d love for you to join us.

After addressing digitalisation in 2022, this year we’re focusing on the theme of “Prioritising People”. Over the last year or so, we’ve heard many business leaders expressing the challenges presented by employee recruitment and retention; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI); leadership; and professional development, so we’ve put together a programme of expert panellists and speakers to address some of these key areas.

Our host for the day is Harriet Minter, journalist, broadcaster and the founding head of the Guardian Professional’s Women in Leadership initiative. She is also a fully qualified coach and facilitator and trains companies in how to make their workplaces work for their staff while also running programmes on female leadership and managing teams in a hybrid environment.

As well as a range of insightful presentations and panel discussions, we’ll be providing a delicious lunch for everyone, thanks to local street food specialists, Roco BBQ!
