Entrepreneurs Connect: Boardroom Challenge
After the successful launch of Entrepreneurs Connect in January, the University of Lincoln and Streets Chartered Accountants are delighted to welcome Greater Lincolnshire business owners to the next event of 2023: the Entrepreneurs Connect Boardroom Challenge.
Hosted at Cognito Rooftop Bar and Restaurant, entrepreneurs can enjoy a fusion of business collaboration alongside delicious Japanese inspired refreshments. A huge thank you to the owners of Cognito and our previous panellists, Zara and Ellie Pickles, for providing the perfect location for our second instalment.
The event will focus on a range of key themes and challenges you as business owners tackle on a day-to-day basis, asking you to devise solutions collaboratively in a trusting and supportive yet informal environment, by evoking a boardroom style discussion with your fellow entrepreneurs.
Based on feedback from our first event, we have identified numerous key challenge areas, such as recruitment and labour shortages, supply chain disruptions, cyber security threats, economic uncertainty, environmental sustainability, digital transformation, and financial concerns. If any of these areas feels more urgent to you and your business right now, let us know, we’ll do our best to ensure the session tackles your most pressing issues and can raise these problems anonymously on your behalf should there be any sensitivities to consider.
At future events, we’ll bring in experts and external resources to continue resolving these challenges together.
Timings will be as follows:
11am – Arrival and welcome refreshments
11.30am – Boardroom challenge commences
12.30pm – Japanese canape reception
1pm – Close
