The following indicative costs should help to give you an idea of pricing, or alternatively you can get a more definitive cost using our request a quote form or by calling 01522 668800.

All prices exclude VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate at time of booking and use.

Pod Meeting Rooms

 £10 per hour / £40 per day (plus VAT)

A  discount will be given off the price for the Pods if 4 or more day sessions are booked within a calendar month.

Conference Rooms

Up to 10 people:  £80 per ½ day / £150 per day (plus VAT)

More than 10 people: £100 per ½ day / £190 per day (plus VAT)

Evening Hire: £100 additional cost to above (plus VAT)

Break out area

£20 per hour (plus VAT). This facility must be booked at time of room booking.

Balcony

£20 per hour (plus VAT) This facilty must be booked at time of room booking.

Beverages (Conference rooms & Pod areas)

Hot and cold drinks for meetings and conferences can be supplied on request at extra cost. In addition there are high quality vending facilities in all meeting and conference areas where beverages are available at  £0.60 per cup.
